Registration Fees
Early Bird registration forms and fees should reach Wendy Paisley
before 20th June to avoid paying the Late Registration fee.
Thereafter the Late Registration Fee will be applicable. The cut-off
date for Late Registration is before 18th July.

- Full registration fees include administrative costs,
morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, and dinners only, for
the duration of the Forum.
- Daily rates include administrative costs, morning teas,
lunches and afternoon teas. Daily Rates do NOT include
breakfast or dinner.
- Registration fees are transferable provided a fresh
registration form is completed and reaches the secretariat
before 14th July.
- Applications by students and financially constrained
individuals for sponsorship to attend the Forum must be sent
with the Registration form

Completed registration forms and payment for Registration should
be submitted as soon as possible, and before 20th June for the Early
Bird rates. Completed registration forms and payment for Late
Registration should be submitted before 18th July.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after 14th July and before 18th July will only
be refunded 75% of the fee.
• Please note that no refunds will be made if there is
cancellation or change of dates after 18th July.
Accommodation
You need to do your own accommodation booking & payment direct
with your choice of accommodation.
